UK drifting O.G and Nissan wiring mastermind Norfy came up to visit on Friday to try and fix the electrical gremlins that have plagued my Y32 Cedric since 2015. As he lives in Kent (over 200 miles away) it was a tall order to ask him to come up and visit specifically to work on the car, especially when considering that he’s a very busy guy. However, thanks to Alex Law’s stag do taking place on the Saturday, I had an excuse to collar Norfy for a few hours and see if he could bring my beloved barge back to life while he was up in our neck of the woods.

While this isn’t a post about the aforementioned Cedric and its woes (plot spoiler, he did manage to fix it!), it is a post to show off a few pictures of Norfy’s super cool PS13. Having been imported into the UK fairly recently, this Silvia is his drift car so as to avoid smashing up his extremely clean 180SX Type-X (that unfortunately caught fire a couple of years ago, but we won’t talk about that).

The PS sustained some body damage at last year’s Street Track Life event at Driftland but most of this has been put right now. The car also used to ride on 17″ Buddyclub P1s but is now running on 15″ JRs, which really help to bring the 90s vibes (along with the two-tone paint). Although, the super aggressive wheel fitment gives a more modern twist.

After listening to the front subframe and exhaust dragging along the road, I’m kind of glad that I don’t drive a drift car quite as low as this any more!

The full interior remains in tact with a few personal features having been added alongside the usual drifting essentials. The chequered floor mats and purple foot well LEDs are a particularly nice touch.

A seriously cool S13 with a load of character; I love this car.

Of course, I couldn’t help but take a few photos of our cars together either.
