After popping up to hang out a few months back, Dan made the trip north again at the weekend to help me get my PS13 fired up for the first time and to also assist with some welding and fabrication. Unlike his last visit he didn’t end up passing out on the pavement outside a nightclub before 1am and, considering the PS started for the first time, it was high fives all round.

While he was about I thought I’d best get a few more shots of his awesome Onevia seeing as the last set went down so well.

Since then the wheels have been replaced with Dan Chapman’s old SSR Leon Hardiritt Klosters (try saying that when you’ve had a few).

17×9.5 et-10 up front…

…17×10 et-30 at the rear.

It’s not all glitter and posh wheels though. The responsive 300bhp Red Top engine setup, Geomasters up front and S14 subframe at the rear make for one extremely competent and balanced S-body.

The recent addition of a Fabricage roll cage provides that added bit of reassurance as Dan likes to push this thing hard and is no stranger to twinning or trains.

It’s cool to see people building what would have been deemed “lifestyler cars” a few years back…

…and then thrashing them on track. Hopefully my own PS can be half as good as this.
